If you are a winery / importer /distributor wishing to send us a wine sample for our review, here are the simple policies:
1. We will be delighted that you deem our opinion important, however, we will not guarantee that we will be writing a review as we do get many samples to taste and sometimes we drink too much and then who has time to review especially in the mountains east of San Diego (yes there are mountains in San Diego) when the temperatures can get into the high 90′s in the summer (siesta time) and low 30′s in winter (shiver time).
2. If we do not like your wine you can rest assured we will not tell the world that we don’t like your wine, so relax. However we may use the wine as a cooking ingredient in that famous prince of wine baby rack rib wet marinade paired with a shy yet elegant Russian River Valley Pinot Noir.
